You can use the Export functionality in the Telephone Directory form or the Scheduler to export the MiVoice Business telephone directory data. You can also use the Import functionality to eliminate the need for manually entering telephone data for each user.
When using the Scheduler, you can choose to export
Telephone Directory - complete content of the Telephone Directory form
or
Phonebook Directory - filtered version of the Telephone Directory form that contains only entries with the field "Include In Phonebook" set to Yes. This directory also includes the following additional information: UTF-8 characters in user's First and Last Name (if applicable), user's e-mail address, and whether the entry is marked as the primary phone for the user.
The exported Phonebook Directory can then be imported and used by a MiVoice Business Console to populate its Phonebook, containing only dialable entries.
